1. Concrete Substrate – Diamond Grind Profile
Every installation begins with industrial mechanical diamond grinding. This process opens the concrete pores and creates the correct surface profile for maximum adhesion. We do not acid etch or shortcut preparation.

2. 100% Solids Commercial Epoxy Basecoat
A thick, moisture-tolerant 100% solids epoxy base is applied to deeply penetrate and bond to the prepared concrete. This layer creates structural strength and provides a stable foundation for the system.

3. Full Chip Blend Media
Decorative vinyl flakes are broadcast to rejection, creating texture, visual depth, and impact resistance. This layer also helps mask surface imperfections and enhances slip resistance.

4. Polyaspartic Clear Top Coat (1st Coat)
